Hello people of the internet! Day 6 was a good day. I wasn’t hungry, had 3 fairly good meals and stuck to my plan. I did a fasted workout first thing in the morning which I’ll share below. Does anyone else out there feel so full after only eating a small amount of food now? I WANT to eat and eat and eat but can’t because I feel sick. I think I am starting to realize how much excess I was eating before. I’m happy that I didn’t have to go through a “hunger” zone when figuring this out. I might be one of the lucky ones!
